Psychotherapy Services
All sessions are offered online via secure, HIPAA-compliant video.
Psychotherapy with me is a space for honesty, grounded presence, and meaningful change. I work with individuals, couples, and families navigating anxiety, trauma, relational challenges, or the quieter ache of disconnection or burnout. Some come to heal. Others come to grow. Many come for both.
I work exclusively with adults (18 and older). Whether you’re seeking support for yourself, your partnership, or your family system, our work will be tailored, respectful, and attuned to the emotional landscape you bring.
This work is thoughtful and practical. Together we trace emotional patterns, explore what matters most, and build capacity for choice, clarity, and connection. I don’t follow a script—I listen closely, adapt fluidly, and collaborate with you to make the work real.
Areas of Focus
Each session is tailored to your needs. Common themes include:
- Building emotionally attuned relationships
- Healing attachment wounds and relational trauma
- Strengthening communication, boundaries, and emotional clarity
- Learning to differentiate from your thoughts, emotions, or others’ expectations
- Developing resilience in the face of stress, shame, or internal conflict
- Exploring identity, meaning, and self-worth through a depth-informed lens
- Recovering from burnout and reconnecting with purpose
- Navigating major transitions with grounded presence and intentionality
- Cultivating a more integrated self—emotionally, relationally, and behaviorally
- Working with anxiety and self-doubt through emotional awareness and nervous system regulation
- Moving beyond performative coping into authentic self-expression
- Reclaiming agency in parenting, partnership, and creative work
This is not a model-driven therapy. It’s a human process—collaborative, engaged, and built on mutual trust. My role is to hold complexity with you, offering both insight and steadiness as we explore what needs attention.
