Expanding Awareness – Fostering Connection – Navigating Life with Intention & Purpose

Coaching and Consulting

Coaching and Consulting

I work with leaders, therapists, creatives, and entrepreneurs who are navigating meaningful growth—both personally and professionally. Whether you’re seeking greater alignment in your work, struggling with burnout, or simply ready to deepen your impact, my role is to help you refine the use of your self as your most powerful tool.

Coaching is not about offering advice. It’s a relational process of cultivating clarity, accountability, and embodied integrity. Together, we’ll surface what matters most to you—then shape a path that aligns your actions with your deeper values.

My Approach

  • Integrative – I draw from years of experience as a therapist, supervisor, and business owner. Our work blends psychological insight with practical strategy—so you’re not just growing, but growing in the right direction.
  • Collaborative – Coaching is a partnership. I don’t impose formulas. Instead, we co-create a process that respects your intelligence, autonomy, and complexity.
  • Grounded in Emotional Intelligence – Real change starts with awareness. We’ll explore how your strengths, relational patterns, and internal narratives shape your leadership and fulfillment.

Who I Work With

  • Therapists and supervisors seeking to refine their presence, grow a practice, or step into leadership roles
  • Leaders and executives navigating transitions, culture-building, or decision fatigue
  • Creative professionals and entrepreneurs looking to realign their work with purpose and sustainability
  • Individuals in high-responsibility roles who need confidential support to think clearly and act wisely

Common Areas of Focus

  • Vision and decision-making in times of uncertainty
  • Burnout, boundaries, and sustainable leadership
  • Use of self in interpersonal dynamics and influence
  • Navigating complex professional relationships
  • Differentiating identity from role
  • Developing emotional intelligence as a leadership skill
  • Reconnecting with creativity, meaning, and flow

Background

I’ve been a licensed therapist since 2009, working with individuals, couples, and professionals seeking meaningful growth. For over a decade, I’ve also offered coaching and consultation to therapists, leaders, and organizations navigating complexity and transition.

I served as Executive Director of The Denver Family Institute—an accredited post-graduate training center for marriage and family therapists—where I managed faculty, collaborated with the board, created and ran the organizational budget, oversaw accreditation, and guided the expansion of the campus and community impact. That work deepened my understanding of leadership systems, organizational development, and the emotional realities of those carrying complex responsibilities.

These experiences—clinical, supervisory, and organizational—inform the way I coach. I understand the demands of relational work, the weight of leadership, and the importance of aligning purpose with practice.
