Private-pay practice
Fees and scheduling
The administrative layer should stay in the background. I begin with email. After we decide to work together, forms, billing, secure messages, and video sessions are managed through SimplePractice, with flexible scheduling Monday through Thursday.

Psychotherapy fees
Individual, couples, and family sessions
Psychotherapy is a licensed clinical service available to Colorado residents. Standard sessions are 50 minutes.
Individual therapy
$210 / 50 minutes
Private-pay individual psychotherapy.
Couples and family therapy
$230 / 50 minutes
The same standard rate applies to couples and family work.
Longer sessions
Confirmed in advance
When a longer session is appropriate, its length and fee are agreed on before scheduling.
Coaching and consultation
Nonclinical services
Fee confirmed before beginning
Coaching, professional consultation, organizational work, and project-based arrangements vary in scope. The structure and fee are agreed on before the work begins.
Clinical supervision
Structure before fee
Supervision varies by credential, setting, individual or group format, frequency, and documentation requirements. Contact me to discuss the actual supervision arrangement and the fee that applies to it.
Insurance and superbills
Private pay with possible out-of-network reimbursement
I do not bill insurance directly. A superbill can be provided for psychotherapy clients who want to seek out-of-network reimbursement from their insurance plan.
Reimbursement depends on the plan, deductible, diagnosis requirements, and other insurer rules. A superbill is documentation for a claim, not a guarantee of payment. Clients can contact their insurer before beginning if reimbursement will affect the decision.
Questions for an insurer
- Does my plan include out-of-network behavioral health benefits?
- What deductible applies?
- What percentage or allowed amount is reimbursed after the deductible?
- Are telehealth psychotherapy sessions eligible?
- What information must appear on the superbill?
Hours
Monday through Thursday
Appointments are generally available from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Mountain Time. Scheduling can happen at the end of a session, by email, or through the SimplePractice Client Portal.
Secure telehealth
One place for the logistics
After initial contact and once we decide to begin, SimplePractice is used for intake paperwork, scheduling, billing, secure messages, and video appointments. The portal opens a separate secure page where current clients can sign in.
Questions before scheduling are welcome
Email is the best place for a brief question about fit, service type, fees, or current availability.
